Online Card Payments
Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.
If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by (Treatvisit) 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.
If you have Internet Banking Facility provided by your bank, then you can pay for your order through respective bank’s net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. “www.treatvisit.com” processes the payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transaction. Bank is not responsible for any inconvenience caused or non receipt of the tickets or passengers not allowed on the basis of E-tickets.
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.
How will I get my e-Ticket details?
You will get your e-Ticket on the website immediately after successful completion of the online payment process or in same case where it is not possible due to some technical problems, your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone.
If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking on treatvisit.com, please call a Customer Care Representative at: (All Networks)(m) 8896662490. Treatvisit shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?
Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by treatvisit.com. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, vee cee international (Treatvisit)will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from traveling.
How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number along with a photographic identity proof (passport, driver’s license, pan card, etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.
Amendment and Cancellation policy
You can cancel domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click the Cancel button. For online cancellation, (Treatvisit)will charge Rs. 150 as standard cancellation charges for all domestic bookings ,in addition to standard cancellation charges as applicable by the airline.
To amend/cancel your ticket offline, contact Treatvisit.com Customer Care at 8896662490(All Networks). For all offline cancellation a standard charge of Rs. 250 per (Domestic Booking) & Rs. 400 per (International Booking), over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply.Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Travel Junction Online Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
How do I get a refund after canceling my ticket?
In case of normal cancellation of e-Tickets, the refund shall be processed within 15 working days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 15 days from date of receipt of ticket. In case of no show of e-Tickets, the refund shall be processed within 15 working days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket.
What are the cancellation/amendment charges?
Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account. Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows. For all domestic bookings cancelled online, standard cancellation charges as applicable by the airline shall apply. In addition, (Treatvisit) will charge Rs. 250 per booking as cancellation /amendment service fee from its customers for cancellation handled through our call center at 8896662490 (All Networks)(m) 8896662490. For online cancellations of domestic bookings, the charge will be Rs. 150.All international bookings can only be cancel/amend offline, standard cancellation charges as applicable by the airline shall apply.In addition, (Treatvisit) will charge Rs. 400 per booking as cancellation /amendment service fee from its customers for cancellation / amendment handled through our call center at 8896662490(All Networks).The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and (Treatvisit) assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.
Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact (Treatvisit) for refunds and the airline will not refund your tickets booked on the Website. The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft.

In addition to above mentioned payment options with some of our partner hotels (Treatvisit) has negotiated a special facility where (Treatvisit)customers can pay( part payment only) the hotel directly at the reception at the time of check-in at the hotel.
Other Terms & Conditions:-
1.Service Tax 4.05% Extra on Package
2.Rates are per person on twin sharing basis unless other type of sharing specified.
3.Above rates are valid on minimum 2 adult travelling together unless other pricing policy is specified.Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions & special events.
4.Surcharge will be levied.
5.Meals unless specified are not included.
6.Airline seats & hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
7.Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
8.In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
9.Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in hotel rates ,rates of exchange , transfer rates , government taxes or entrance fees.
10.In case of all inclusive packages the prices are calculated based on the lowest available airfare. Prices are subject to change due to non availability of seats in the required class at the time of booking.
11.The check in time is 1400 hours(in case of hotels situated outside India)/1200 hours (in case of hotels situated in India) and check out time is 1200 hours for all the hotels. Early check in / late check out is subject to availability of rooms.
12.Once booking is guaranteed, full or part cancellation charge will be applicable so deposit may be required to be paid in advance.
13Some schedule and timing detail may change upon the suitability and without prior notice.
14.Any uncompleted booking, supplier will has right to deny the booking accordingly.
15.The rate of exchange taken for computing the above price is Rs. 68 to US$ 1. In the event of an increase in the ROE, the prices defined may change.
16.Any Payments for service provided on a personal basis are not included.
17.Personal expense such as laundry, Camera Charges, Mineral Water Bottle or any other services are not included.
18.Cost incurred due to mishaps, strikes, political unrest etc is not included.
19.Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions & special events
In case you avail of the Website’s hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and (Treatvisit) would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
